Jim Barrett is a 30-year law enforcement veteran and sought after instructor. His areas of expertise include criminal investigations, interpersonal crimes of violence, complex criminal investigations, sexual assault, domestic violence, human trafficking and hate and bias incidents and crimes.
More than that, Jim is known in the region as someone who can speak effectively with almost anyone and his skills have been tapped throughout his career to obtain confessions and evidentiary statements from otherwise stubborn victims, suspects and witnesses.
