Cancellations:

​

• Full Refund: If a cancellation is received at least 14 business days before the training start date, a full refund will be issued, minus a $20 administration fee.

​

• Credit: Cancellations received within 14 business days of the training start date will result in a credit valid for one year from the original course start date. This credit can be applied to any future training course.

​

• No-Shows: Failure to attend a registered course without prior cancellation will result in forfeiture of payment.

​​

Purchase Orders:

​

• Payment Timeline: All training registration fees are due on or before the first day of the class.

​

• Pre-Approval: Agencies using purchase orders must obtain pre-approval from RLC, LLC for payment arrangements before the class begins.

​

• Late or Unconfirmed Orders: Unconfirmed or late purchase orders may result in full-price registration fees and the loss of discounts.

​

• Payment Responsibility: Agencies are responsible for full payment of all registered attendees, even if individuals do not attend, unless a cancellation is received 14 business days prior to the training.

​

Refunds:

​

• Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 14 business days before the training start date.

​

Late Payments:

​

• Payments received more than 30 days past the training date may incur an 18% penalty.
