The Metacomet Emergency Communications Center recently launched a training program in partnership with RLC to enhance the communication skills of their emergency dispatchers. On October 24th, RLC conducted a training session to equip dispatchers with the tools to effectively communicate and handle emergency situations, ultimately improving their job performance and overall quality of life.
